We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from receipt to shipment. Your primary duties will involve picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery, as well as receiving and stocking incoming inventory. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, requiring all associates to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position involves frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, so physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks are essential. You will also assist with inventory counts, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and operate equipment as needed. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced distribution center and grow within the logistics industry. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and possess a strong work ethic. Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates. Compliance with all safety protocols is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for transport.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to Safety and proper use of PPE.
