Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist for our facility in Seattle, Washington. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our warehouse inventory, directly impacting our overall logistics efficiency. You will be responsible for conducting thorough cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, implementing stock control measures, and ensuring precise record-keeping within our inventory management system. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and a dedication to Safety are essential. This position may involve occasional Lifting of inventory items and requires careful handling. All employees are required to adhere to Safety guidelines and utilize provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS/ERP systems.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report on stock status.
  • Identify and manage damaged or expired stock.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams on inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to all Safety protocols and proper use of PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., WMS, ERP).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
  • Knowledge of warehouse Safety standards and PPE requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
