Become a key player in our e-commerce fulfillment operations as a Picker/Packer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are looking for motivated individuals to efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for retrieving items from inventory, verifying product details, and carefully packaging them for transit. Success in this position requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic warehouse environment. Our logistics network relies on the dedication of our Picker/Packers. We prioritize safety above all else, requiring the consistent use of PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations.
- Verify order details against picked items.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials.
- Print and affix shipping labels and documentation.
- Stage packed orders for shipping carriers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and warehouse areas.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear provided PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as required.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards for picking and packing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker, packer, or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of general logistics and warehouse practices.
- Awareness of safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
