Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in San Jose, California. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to Safety standards. You will manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve operational goals. This role is critical to our logistics success, requiring strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
  • Ensure all warehouse operations are conducted safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Train and mentor new and existing team members.
  • Monitor productivity levels and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
  • Conduct regular Safety inspections and ensure compliance with all Safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues and employee concerns.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
  • Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including Shipping and receiving logs.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks as needed, including occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
