Our growing fulfillment center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is hiring motivated Fulfillment Associates to support our expanding customer base. This key position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders, from receiving to shipping. You will contribute directly to our logistics network by handling inventory with care and efficiency. We foster a safe, inclusive, and fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to company standards.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and protocols.
- Wear and maintain required PPE at all times.
- Perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Support overall logistics operations and team goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements.
- Physical ability to handle products and perform Lifting duties as required.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety regulations.
