In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders, ensuring that products are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment with speed and precision. This position is fundamental to our logistics operations and requires individuals who are detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to quality. Responsibilities:
- Pick products from warehouse shelves accurately based on order sheets.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipment, using various packaging materials.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and orders.
- Label packages for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and procedures.
- Utilize proper Lifting techniques to handle products safely.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability for moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to follow all Safety guidelines.
