Join our busy distribution center in Sacramento, California, as an Order Picker! This is a crucial role responsible for accurately retrieving products to fulfill customer orders. As an Order Picker, your efficiency and attention to detail directly impact customer satisfaction and our overall logistics success. Your primary duties will involve using handheld scanners to locate inventory, carefully picking the correct items and quantities, and staging them for shipment. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a dedicated team to meet daily order goals. Maintaining a safe and organized workspace is a top priority. You must adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). We provide thorough training on safe lifting procedures and the operation of any necessary equipment. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and the capacity for repetitive lifting.
