Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to exceeding performance expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
