Austin, Texas is looking for a diligent Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from the moment goods arrive. Your responsibilities will include unloading delivery vehicles, verifying shipment contents against purchase orders, inspecting for damages, and accurately logging received items into our inventory system. Maintaining a safe and organized receiving area is critical, and adherence to all Safety protocols, including the proper use of required PPE , is mandatory. This position requires physical stamina, including regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds, and the ability to stand for extended periods. You will be a key player in our Logistics chain, ensuring that materials are processed correctly and promptly to meet production and order fulfillment needs. Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail are essential. You will work closely with other warehouse staff and potentially external vendors. We value individuals who are proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy. This role offers a great opportunity to understand the inbound side of warehouse operations and contribute to the overall success of our facility. Training will be provided, but prior experience in a warehouse or receiving environment is advantageous.
