Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a crucial part of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient flow of goods through our facility. This role demands attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to our company's success in delivering products to our customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with physical tasks and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory with accuracy.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to established procedures.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required or provided).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
  • Must be able to perform Lifting of up to 50 lbs unassisted.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the proper use of PPE .
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
