Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, all while maintaining a safe and organized environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and correctly.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving manual labor and Lifting of goods up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and support overall logistics functions.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or operational issues.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes demanding, urban environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to following all Safety regulations and wearing appropriate PPE. Basic understanding of inventory management principles is helpful. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes in logistics operations.
