Join our growing warehouse team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking dedicated individuals to support our daily operations, including order fulfillment, stocking, and general warehouse maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring that our products are handled efficiently and safely, contributing directly to our logistics success. You will be involved in various tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. A commitment to safety and a willingness to learn are key.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels within the warehouse.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE such as safety shoes and gloves.
- Perform lifting tasks of items up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Support shipping and receiving operations as directed.
- Contribute to efficient logistics by ensuring accurate order processing and timely movement of goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Awareness of safety procedures and willingness to follow them.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory flow.
