We are seeking a motivated and reliable Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from arrival to departure. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and speed. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and report any discrepancies.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping labels.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Ensure all products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Experience with Lifting requirements, up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including some weekends if required.
