You will perform a variety of essential tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role demands physical capability, including the ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds and maintain an energetic pace throughout your shift. You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure a clean, organized, and secure work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming goods from suppliers and carriers.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space.
- Operate manual material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Support team members in achieving daily operational goals.
