We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our operations in Provo, Utah. This role is essential for the smooth flow of goods within our warehouse, ensuring timely and safe movement of materials. You will be responsible for operating forklifts to load and unload trucks, transport inventory to and from storage locations, and assist with various warehouse tasks. Safety is our top priority; therefore, strict adherence to all Safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a valid forklift certification, a proven record of safe operation, and the physical capability for significant Lifting as required by the job. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload products from trucks and trailers.
- Transport inventory to designated storage areas and production lines.
- Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on forklifts.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including put-away and retrieval.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Properly use all provided PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift certification and demonstrated experience.
- Proven ability to operate various types of forklifts safely.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and Safety standards.
- Ability to perform substantial Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Must wear all required PPE.
