You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and internal procedures.
- Stock merchandise in designated areas using appropriate equipment.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and process orders.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be capable of **Lifting** up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Familiarity with **PPE** (Personal Protective Equipment) and its importance in a warehouse setting is required.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of **Safety** in all work activities is essential.
- Understanding of basic **Logistics** principles is beneficial.
