You will be responsible for accurately picking items based on customer orders and then carefully packaging them to ensure they arrive safely at their destination. A strong commitment to **safety** is paramount; all team members are expected to follow **safety** protocols and utilize the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position offers a fast-paced work environment where attention to detail is critical. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking products from warehouse inventory using scanning technology.
- Verifying picked items against order documents for accuracy.
- Selecting appropriate packaging materials for various product types.
- Packing items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Labeling packages accurately for shipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station.
- Adhering to all **safety** guidelines, including proper **lifting** techniques and **PPE** requirements.
- Meeting daily picking and packing quotas.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely shipments.
