Cincinnati, Ohio: Join our dedicated logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for reliable and efficient individuals to contribute to our warehouse operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy from pick to pack to shipment. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and the smooth running of our distribution center. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to teamwork. You will be involved in all stages of order fulfillment in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning technology.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
- Label packages correctly for dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and conveyors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks to ensure data integrity.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and support overall logistics operations.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and general logistics concepts.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
