Join our growing logistics team in Indianapolis, Indiana, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for diligent and hardworking individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Your contribution is vital to ensuring the efficient flow of inventory and maintaining customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on position within a busy warehouse environment where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential. You will be part of a team dedicated to operational excellence and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Store goods in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Pick items accurately based on order requests.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Support shipping and receiving activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
