Randstad's client in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver technology project scopes for Capital Construction projects across a portfolio of stations, facilities, and properties. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration of digital technology services within large-scale construction and redevelopment projects, including transportation hubs, corporate offices, and operations centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Digital Technology (DT) scopes for all capital construction projects, focusing on successful DT service integration. Oversee end-to-end alignment of technology design and deployment within the architectural and engineering construction lifecycles. Lead engineering design, deployment, and integration for technology infrastructure, with projects ranging from building renovations to network system installations. Coordinate deployment and integration of technologies such as Audio/Visual systems, content management, video surveillance, and access control systems. Maintain a professional, client-facing demeanor with strong communication and presentation skills. Ensure multitasking capabilities under pressure to meet project demands. Follow a hybrid work schedule (two days per week in-office), with travel as needed based on project requirements. Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification
