Accounting Supervisor - Practice

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Practice Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team of accounting professionals. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services, manage client relationships, and maintain the firm’s standards of accuracy and compliance.

• Assist with the management of a portfolio of clients to include sole traders, owner-managed businesses, family businesses and farmers.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting, tax, and compliance services.
  
• Lead, support, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
  
• Review financial statements, management accounts, and tax filings.
  
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver a high standard of service.
  
• Implement best practice processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Contribute to business development and cross-selling of firm services.
  
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  
• Ensure all accounting practices adhere to GAAP/IFRS and relevant local tax regulations.
  

• 
  
• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA) with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
  
• Experience in a medium-sized accountancy practice desirable.
  
• Strong technical and people management skills.
