Phonext Limited, a mobile phone and tech retail store in Dublin, is seeking a reliable IT User Support Technician to support our daily operations.

Main Duties:

• 
  
• Deliver 1st/2nd-line IT support to store staff (hardware/software troubleshooting, POS systems, mobile devices)
  
• Maintain company website, e-commerce platform, and internal tools (basic updates, content, integrations)
  
• Install/configure IT equipment (computers, networks, printers) in the store
  
• Resolve user issues promptly and perform routine maintenance, backups & security checks
  
• Support stock/loyalty software and basic customisations
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• More than 2 years of IT support or web tech training/experience
  
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
  
• Basic backend (Python/PHP)
  
• Windows/macOS/mobile troubleshooting
  
• Strong problem-solving, customer focus, and ability to thrive in retail
