Salary: Up to £34,507 FTE (£43,134.00)

As a Supervising Social Worker , you will play a vital role in supporting foster parents and ensuring high-quality placements for children. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct support to foster parents within a manageable caseload.
- Conducting regular supervision to monitor compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with children, young people, foster parents, and other professionals to ensure full participation in safeguarding and child protection processes.
We seek a qualified and experienced Social Worker who is:
- Enthusiastic and committed to the role of foster parents.
- Experienced in working collaboratively with foster parents and multi-disciplinary teams.
- A confident driver with unrestricted access to your own car.
- Skilled in report writing and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Hold a Social Care England recognised qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
- Previous experience in children and families social work.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining to children's services.
- Good IT skills.
- Flexible regarding working patterns and travel.
Your office will be located in Long Eaton, and your caseload will primarily cover the Midlands and South Yorkshire, ensuring no more than a one-hour drive. Flexibility may be required as part of team collaboration.
