Administrative Assistant / Receptionist – Target Pest Management
Looking for a stable, full-time position in a family-owned company where your days fly by (especially during summer )?
Target, a residential and commercial pest management company, is looking for a reliable and resourceful person to join our team as a full-time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service
- Schedule and confirm appointments, and follow up with clients
- Handle invoicing and accounts receivable
- Manage emails and keep client files up to date
- Support the technical team with scheduling and service coordination
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Speaks and writes excellent French (required)
- Has a basic level of spoken English (asset)
- Has experience in customer service, call centers, or administrative work
- Can handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Is organized, autonomous, and dependable
- Is looking for stability and a long-term role in a small, close-knit team

- Full-time position (37.5 hours/week)
- $26/hour salary
