Business Analyst

Business Analyst, hybrid/Brighton, Salary up to £44K, 12 Month FTC

You will support the ongoing delivery and improvement of a digital end-to-end service, from the point where data arrives into the organisation through to case management on D365. You will work with complex financial data regarding investments and risk analysis. Some understanding of DB Pensions and risk frameworks will be an advantage.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing business processes/data user journeys and gaining agreement from multiple stakeholders

• Collaborating with stakeholders and translating user needs to user stories for DevOps

• Understanding and describing gaps in processes to enable business leads to make decisions

• Effectively present and communicate with stakeholders and end users at all levels.

• Facilitate workshops for discovery of requirements, process design, workflows and validation with stakeholders at all levels.

• Collaborate with multiple Product Owners, Delivery Leads, other BAs, Data Specialists, and Business Leads across the entire end-to-end solution.

• Use analytical skills to identify issues and address complex business challenges.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record as a business analyst, with experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis

• ISEB Business Analyst or BCS Business Analysis qualification

• Understanding of agile delivery and use of DevOps / Jira

• Strong stakeholder skills across a programme of work

• Strong understanding of data platforms and data quality

• Understanding and translating specifications of data migration, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and API integrations.

• Familiarity with D365 Customer Service and Case Management systems and workflows
