We are currently working with a company who are a leader in cross-border ecommerce enablement, and they are seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to own and optimise their commercial CRM infrastructure. This organisation powers international growth for major retailers, providing end-to-end solutions across localisation, payments, duties, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
Lead and own CRM architecture (HubSpot), including workflows, automation, lifecycle logic and data models. Oversee dashboards and reporting infrastructure across Sales, Partnerships, BDE and Customer Success. Drive sales programs, sequences, lead routing, scoring and AI-powered automation. Support advanced AI-driven GTM initiatives and data-flow optimisations. Lead complex cross-functional CRM/technical projects with Revenue Ops, Business Ops, Data, IT, R&D and GTM teams. Key Skills & Experience
Deep HubSpot experience in large or tech-focused environments. Strong capability in CRM architecture, data modelling and systems optimisation. Proven background leading cross-functional technical initiatives....
