Job Title: Supply Management Specialist
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Duration: 1 Year (Possibility of Extension)
Location: Dubuque, IA 52001
Shift: 1st Shift – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Role Overview
• Support sourcing and supplier management activities in a manufacturing environment
• Assist with supply chain planning, supplier performance monitoring, and data analysis
• Work with internal teams to support procurement strategies and operational improvements

Responsibilities
• Support sourcing activities and supplier management for assigned commodities
• Assist with cost models, spend analysis, and make vs. buy studies
• Support Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) and Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process (EOFP)
• Analyze supplier performance using the Achieving Excellence process
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports using standard tools and formats
• Assist in resolving supplier performance or invoice-related issues
• Respond to routine supply chain inquiries and support internal teams
• Contribute to operational improvement initiatives within the supply management team
• Maintain documentation, reports, and departmental systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures

Must Have
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze supply chain or operational data
• Ability to work independently and follow defined procedures
• Bachelor’s degree or education in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have
• Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or quality environments
• Experience working with SAP
• Knowledge of supplier management or procurement processes
• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools
