Job Description

We are seeking an NJ Licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to become a part of our organization! You will investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of the organization's liability in various claims.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer support by answering inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries about personal insurance policies.
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims processing, and coverage options through clear and effective communication.
• Enter client data accurately within our management systems.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and email skills.

Qualifications:

• A current NJ Producer Insurance License Is REQUIRED .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
