Your New Role
  • Lead residential HVAC sales consultations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

  • Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating and cooling needs and recommend energy-efficient HVAC systems, upgrades, and replacements

  • Respond to inbound leads quickly and build strong relationships with prospective customers

  • Organize and prioritize sales opportunities while maintaining consistent follow-up

  • Present system options, pricing, financing, and installation timelines clearly and professionally

  • Prepare proposals and coordinate with the Sales Manager to finalize quotes and project details

  • Close HVAC system replacement and installation opportunities by communicating long-term value and system performance

  • Support inbound service calls when customer service representatives are unavailable

  • Conduct follow-up outreach to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure an excellent service experience

  • 2+ years of sales experience with a strong record of closing deals and building client relationships

  • Experience in HVAC sales, home services, solar, or energy solutions preferred but not required

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in a performance-driven sales environment

  • Ability to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups effectively

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
