About The Role
Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant team! Reporting to the Senior Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in running our kitchen and leading a dynamic team of up to 40 talented individuals. At Butlin’s, making our guests smile is at the heart of everything we do, and you’ll ensure that they remain the central focus of all operational decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resource planning and recruitment to build the best team for delivering exceptional service.
  • Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Inspiring your team through training schedules and performance development plans.

Join us in leading and developing a team in our main buffet restaurant, where you’ll serve guests who have booked a half-board dining package. Variety is the spice of life, and this role offers you the chance to make a real impact!

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
  • Confidence in leading a team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
