This is an office-based sales role focused on generating and qualifying leads, supporting the external sales team, and driving new business opportunities within the construction and building services sector.
The role will involve a mix oftelesales, account management, inbound enquiries, CRM management and quotation support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys structured sales, relationship building and working in a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities Proactively generate new leads via outbound calls, follow-ups and email campaigns Handle inbound sales enquiries and qualify customer requirements Promote BMS solutions to contractors, consultants, facilities teams and end users Support the external sales team with appointment setting and pipeline management Prepare quotations and sales documentation in collaboration with engineering teams Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking Build long-term relationships with repeat clients Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities Provide excellent customer service and follow-up What Were Looking For Previous experience insales, telesales, inside sales or customer service Construction, engineering, electrical, HVAC or technical sales experience is highly desirable Confident communicator xcfaprz with strong phone manner Comfortable working with targets and KPIs Organised, detail-driven and commercially minded Strong IT skills (CRM, Outlook, Excel) Positive attitude with ambition to grow in a sales career Whats On Offer Competitive base salary (DOE) Commission / bonus structure Stable, office-based role in North Dublin Full product training and technical support Career progression into Account Management / Field Sales Supportive team environment in a growing company Skills: Sales Sales Rep Business Development
