Job Description

Summit Title is seeking an experienced, results-driven Real Estate Title Branch Manager to lead and grow our title operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily branch activities, driving revenue growth, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service to clients, including lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and buyers/sellers.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $125,000 - $135,000

$125,000 - $135,000

• Oversee all branch operations, including title processing, escrow, and closings
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and underwriter guidelines
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and builders
• Drive business development and revenue growth initiatives
• Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability
• Maintain quality control and risk management standards
• Resolve complex title issues and customer concerns
• Implement operational best practices to improve efficiency and service delivery

• 5+ years of experience in title insurance, escrow, or real estate settlement services
• Previous leadership or branch management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of title search, examination, underwriting, and closing procedures
• Established network within the local real estate market is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with title production software
