Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all phases of construction (residential and commercial), with the ability to lead crews, manage projects, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish

Lead and motivate crews to deliver quality work on schedule

Handle both insurance restoration projects and retail construction work

Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors

Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction

Proven experience managing crews and coordinating trades

Familiarity with insurance-related construction work

Excellent people skills – personable, professional, and approachable

Clean-cut, reliable, and able to represent the company well

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
