Restoration Construction Project Manager

About the Role:

Summit Restoration and Construction is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee reconstruction projects from initial assessment to completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality and safety standards
• Inspect work progress and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain project documentation and reports
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Experience managing construction, restoration, or reconstruction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
