Identifies data requirements and defines them with business sponsors and stakeholders. Translates business requirements into system design for reporting and analytics. Interprets existing data and system capabilities to meet business needs. Collaborates with SMEs during UX design and system design phases. Partners with the ETL team to develop infrastructure and systems for both functional and nonfunctional requirements. Designs and develops reports and analytics, including data visualization through scorecards and dashboards. Conducts testing to ensure data requirements are met and performs performance tuning. Completes quality assurance and quality control at the design stage. Performs user acceptance testing to validate system functionality. Provides on-call support, including tracking tickets, handling incidents, and supporting ongoing customer needs. Manages change control processes and conducts intra-team peer reviews. Documents work performed in the knowledge base and provides training to other staff. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of phases of Software development life cycle(SDLC) Project Analysis, Requirements, Design Documentation, Development, Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Implementation, Post Implementation Support and Maintenance. [Required] Experience with customizing LaunchPad, Analysis for OLAP, Integration with BW & HANA [Required] Knowledge of Cerner EMR [Required] Data Services and HL7 software packages. [Required] Ability to create custom applications with vendor provided SDK (SAP BOBJ) [Required] Experience with the following Application server technologies Apache Tomcat, HTML and XML [Required] Experience with the following web languages JAVA 1.6, JSP 1.2, XML [Required] Knowledge of SQL, Oracle PL/SQL [Required] Education
Master's in Information Technology or related field or Four-year degree in computer science or related [Required] Work Experience
