Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and remote access technologies while ensuring high performance, security, and availability. Design, configure, and maintain Layer 2 and Layer 3 network environments including VLANs, routing protocols, access control lists, VPN tunnels, and network segmentation strategies used in industrial IT systems. Provide troubleshooting and operational support for Cisco hardware and industrial networking components in secure environments. Perform network monitoring, analysis, and reporting using monitoring and diagnostic tools to proactively identify and resolve issues. Implement and maintain network security controls including firewall policies, intrusion detection and prevention integrations, network access control, and secure configuration standards in collaboration with cybersecurity teams. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to analyze requirements, resolve issues, and implement network solutions that support hosted applications and industrial assets. Develop and maintain documentation including network diagrams, configuration details, standard procedures, IP addressing schemes, and operational best practices. Skills:
Network configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for enterprise switches, routers, and firewalls. Cisco networking technologies.
