GREET ALL CUSTOMERS IN A FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER ASSIST CUSTOMERS WITH PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, AND FASTENER QUESTIONS (TRAINING AVAILABLE) ENSURE CUSTOMERS HAVE ALL SUPPLIES NEEDED TO COMPLETE PROJECT COMPLETE DAILY MAINTENANCE ON KEY MACHINES RESTOCK AREA WITH ALL SUPPLIES ASSIST AND SUPPORT OTHER AREAS OF THE STORE TO PROMOTE GREAT TEAMWORK UPDATE PRICING STICKERS AS NEEDED ASSIST WITH PUTTING AWAY PRODUCT ORDERS DUPLICATE CUSTOMER HOUSE AND AUTOMOTIVE KEYS Job Qualifications:
High school or equivalent Valid driver's license Willing to work on a weekend rotation Must be able to lift over 50 pounds frequently Must possess the ability to stay on task & complete work in a timely manner Strong attention to detail Willingness to follow company policies Previous experience in customer service (preferred) The ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members Strong phone communication skills Intermediate computer skills Ability to stand for 6 hours at a time Our values are centered on mutual respect, job satisfaction, and a shared responsibility to build a great team and efficient work environment.
