Contribute to organizational strategy and establish team objectives that align with current business goals.
Drive enhancements in technical references, new product introduction processes, and operations documentation to foster continuous improvement.
Ensure clear communication of technical requirements, risks, and escalations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Integrate new networking technologies into ENS operational processes for streamlined scaling of Meta's AI, Compute, and Network capabilities.
Develop innovative operational support models for the deployment and management of new data center infrastructure.
Influence the design of data center, network, server, and application systems for seamless integration.
Create and disseminate technical reference materials, processes, and training documentation for global deployment and operations teams.
Foster strong business relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
Willingness to travel 15 to 20% based on project requirements.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale data center network infrastructure.
Expertise in data center design, structured cabling, and fiber optic network infrastructure.
Deep knowledge of Network Interface Cards, optical transceivers, Active Optical Cables, and Direct Attach Copper cables for high-speed connections.
Solid understanding of TCP, IPv4/6, Routing Protocols, and associated network services (DHCP, DNS).
Experience in implementing tools and automation for network configuration and monitoring.
A proven track record of resolving complex issues, executing tasks effectively, and delivering on infrastructure projects.
Ability to work independently, maintain organization, multitask, prioritize, and communicate clearly.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with scaled AI network solutions for training and inference applications.
Background in operating HPC/AI systems across multiple global locations.
