Internship Opportunity We are excited to offer the position of Analytics Intern, available in our Austin or Chicago offices. In this hands-on role, you'll gain invaluable experience in how data and insights shape communication strategies and enrich brand storytelling. As part of our Strategy and Analytics team, you will work on real client projects that encompass PR, social media, influencer marketing, and paid media, transforming data into insights that enhance campaign performance and impact. Key Details: Duration: April 7 - September 30 (6 months) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CT (Requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week) Location: Austin or Chicago Compensation: $20/hour, with overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 per week Benefits: Option to enroll in medical insurance during your internship Potential for a full-time position after the internship based on performance and business needs; however, this is not guaranteed. As an Analytics Intern, you will: Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from PR, social media, influencer projects, and integrated campaigns. Help create and maintain reports to translate performance data into actionable insights for internal teams and clients. Analyze media coverage, social conversations, and campaign metrics to evaluate performance. Monitor campaign metrics to inform optimization strategies and recommendations. Conduct research, audits, and competitive analysis to support campaign planning and audience insights. Track KPIs, benchmarks, and ensure reporting consistency and accuracy across platforms. Support the creation of compelling client-facing reports and presentations that visualize data and summarize key findings. Assist with data extraction from analytics, media monitoring, and social listening tools. Engage in new business research by analyzing trends and developing insights to inform pitch strategies. Stay informed about analytics tools, platform updates, and industry best practices for measurement, evaluation, and reporting. Provide support to the paid media team as necessary. About You: Experience through coursework or internships in analytics, research, communications, marketing, or related fields. Comfort with data analysis and spreadsheets, including Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel. Basic understanding of analytics, measurement, or reporting concepts. Genuine interest in how analytics inform communication strategies and integrated campaigns. Experience with PR, social media, influencer, or digital channels through projects or coursework. Strong attention to detail and ability to convert data into clear insights. Skilled at managing multiple tasks and collaborating within a fast-paced agency environment. Excellent written communication skills. Graduated or will graduate by July 2026.
