As part of our multidisciplinary software development team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology for missile systems, launchers, radars, naval systems, and beyond. Your expertise will contribute to the architecture, design, implementation, testing, and integration of software for embedded real-time systems, critical for autonomous avionics. What You Will Do: Architect, design, implement, test, and debug integrated embedded real-time software across various hardware platforms. Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to refine product concepts and ensure high quality and testability. Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and contributions. Participate in proposals and design review processes. Maintain the ability to obtain program access. What You Will Learn: Enhance collaboration across multiple product lines and teams. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Embedded C++ Software, Embedded Software Security, and Software Architecture Design. Experience with embedded Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as Green Hills, Integrity, Wind River VxWorks, or Linux. Background in developing complex systems that integrate hardware, firmware, and software. Eligibility to obtain Interim Secret Level U.S. government security clearance before start date, and ability to secure program access thereafter. Qualifications We Prefer: Ability to read electrical schematics and relate them to software functions. Familiarity with firmware languages like VHDL or Verilog. Experience with assembly language in various processor/controller families. Proficiency in using lab instruments such as power supplies, digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
