Solutions Architect (Oracle HCM Compensation implementation)
for a
12 Months
contract based in
London (Heathrow Airport - Hybrid). Join us as a Solutions Architect (Oracle HCM Compensation implementation) We are looking for a highly experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Compensation and Absence Management, to lead the design and delivery of a global Oracle implementation for a complex multinational organisation. What you'll do: Lead end-to-end solution design for Oracle Compensation and Oracle Absence Management. Architect solutions to support complex annual salary review cycles Ensure system design aligns to Global reward structures Advise on integration architecture with Payroll, Finance Serve as the functional lead for the Compensation & Absence workstream. Lead solution workshops, design playbacks, and stakeholder reviews. The skills you'll need: Strong experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation in complex global organisations. Hands-on Oracle Absence Management Proven track record as a Functional Lead or Solutions Architect on large-scale ERP programmes.
