*Job role duties & responsibilities are as follows.*
* To audit engineer job reports on daily schedules.
* To ensure all relevant information is recorded to allow jobs to be efficiently invoiced.
* To monitor client CAFM systems to ensure jobs are being correctly processed.
* To accurately capture engineers daily & weekly timesheets.
* Liaise directly with engineers & in-house team.
* Liaise with clients to provide updates & scheduling tasks.
* Assist electrical department with ad-hoc tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
