Private Equity Analyst/Associate

We are currently partnering with a well-established, mid-market private equity fund based in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an active fund with a strong track record of deploying capital in Ireland. The team invests in scalable, growth-oriented businesses and takes a hands-on approach to value creation.

You will work directly with senior investment professionals across:

• 
  
• Deal origination and evaluation
  
• Financial modelling and valuation (LBO, DCF, comps)
  
• Transaction execution and due diligence
  
• Investment committee materials
  
• Portfolio company monitoring and strategic initiatives
  
• The role offers meaningful responsibility, exposure to high-quality transactions, and clear progression potential.
  

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

• 
  
• 1–4 years’ experience in private markets, investment banking, transaction services (Big 4), corporate finance, or strategy consulting
  
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  
• Excellent academic credentials
  
• High levels of commercial awareness and attention to detail
  
• The ability to operate in a lean, high-performance environment
