Required Qualifications Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab's training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule.  Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients, with availability Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer service and/or client relationship experience.
Ability to multi-task, with demonstrated success navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously.
Active listening skills along with the ability to engage in open-ended dialogue to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s financial needs.
Focused analytical skills and attention to detail to adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills.
Ability to adapt and implement changes as market and business conditions evolve.
Dedication to resolving a variety of complex client inquires both through technology-based research and working closely with partners.
Receptive to mentoring and feedback for continuous improvement.
