We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our bustling warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is central to our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers by ensuring accurate and timely order processing. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including picking products from inventory, packing orders securely for shipment, and assisting with the general organization and maintenance of the warehouse. A strong emphasis is placed on accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols. You will be involved in the complete order fulfillment lifecycle, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent lifting, and the mandatory use of appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations according to customer orders.
- Inspect picked items for any defects or damage.
- Carefully and efficiently pack orders using appropriate materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for pickup by carriers.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts through proper procedures.
- Organize and stock incoming inventory.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining high quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good manual dexterity and organizational skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
