We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to play a key role in our order fulfillment process. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items for customer orders and efficiently packing them for shipment. This position is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth operation of our distribution network. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Use **PPE** such as gloves and safety glasses as required.
- Operate packing equipment and scanners.
- Maintain an organized and clean packing station.
- Adhere to all **Safety** guidelines and procedures related to **Lifting** and material handling.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the **Logistics** team.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse **Logistics**.
- Commitment to maintaining a **Safety**-focused workplace.
- Willingness to wear required **PPE**.
- Ability to perform tasks involving moderate **Lifting** (up to 35 lbs).
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
