Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • 10+ years Proven expertise testing all layers of modern architectures (application / business / data / infrastructure / network layers) • Self-driven and well-versed in Java, Spring, XML, SQL, Oracle DB, WL, Mule, JBoss, Tomcat, IBM MQ, Kafka, Cucumber, Unix, DevOps, CI-CD tooling, OpenShift, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana or Prometheus, CloudWatch • Understanding of networking (firewalls, DNS, Load Balancing, Proxies, etc.) • Comfortable working with Linux & Windows operating systems including shell scripting • Validate platform changes across production and non-production environments, ensuring compliance with change control, incident, and problem management processes. • Review platform architecture and design to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases. • Perform functional, regression, and performance testing for platform components and integrations. • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and infrastructure standards during validation. • Support continuous integration and deployment by automating test scenarios and leveraging DevOps practices. • Collaborate with platform engineers to understand design patterns and principles, ensuring optimal test coverage. • Provide quality assurance for emerging technologies across On-prem, Cloud, and Hybrid architectures. • Identify opportunities for improving test processes and tools to enhance validation efficiency. • Serve as a key resource for coordinating dependencies across platform teams and ensuring consistent quality across initiatives. • Report test results, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders and recommend improvements for platform reliability and scalability. • Demonstrate strong understanding of products, services, business flows, and financial context to validate platform changes effectively. • Test automation expertise to automate repeatable tests. • Experience debugging and troubleshooting automated testcases. Salary Range- $110,000-$125,000 a year
