Join our Production Services Automation Team (PSAT) and play a critical role in enhancing one of the world's most advanced networks. As a vital member of our group, you will design and develop tools that transform how we deploy, maintain, and scale our data center and edge infrastructure. This is a singular chance to contribute to global networking initiatives at Meta. Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain cutting-edge internal tools (Web, Mobile, etc.) to streamline network design, planning, deployment, and operations.
Work collaboratively with engineering teams, vendors, and third-party partners to align on internal tooling initiatives.
Partner with engineering teams to build, validate, and improve customer-facing products while addressing performance and scalability in user interfaces.
Architect scalable, reusable front-end systems to support complex web applications.
Innovate software solutions that augment our network capabilities and drive automation efficiency within our data centers.
Identify interdisciplinary challenges, develop execution plans, and facilitate collaborative project execution across teams.
Boost team productivity by recognizing process bottlenecks and implementing workflow improvements.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members and cross-functional partners, guiding them to effective automation solutions.
Contribute to recruitment and onboarding, ensuring new team members transition smoothly into our environment.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 7 years of experience in software development tailored for network infrastructure.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, PHP, Python, Go, or C++.
Experience with web technologies like React.JS, HTML, and CSS.
Fullstack development expertise using SQL, PHP/Hack, and GraphQL.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles for frontend applications and fullstack systems.
Skilled in debugging, performance benchmarking, and automated testing implementation.
Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and articulate system design.
Familiar with a technology-agnostic approach to engineering.
Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in PHP, Javascript, Python, React, and GraphQL.
Experience leading high-impact cross-functional projects globally.
Demonstrated success working within a matrixed, global team with minimal supervision.
Public Compensation: $135,000/year to $191,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Industry:
