Apple's UI Frameworks define the look and feel of our software and products. This team is working with some of Apple's most advanced technologies in augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and spatial computing. We work closely with human interface designers and internal clients to define and deliver the foundation of the next generation of user interfaces and entirely new interaction models. As a member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to help shape future products that will delight, inspire, and empower millions of people.\n\nThis Vision Products Group team is looking for a Software Engineer to help us build UI Frameworks that will drive the next generation of interactive experiences for our platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create software that directly impacts the way developers and customers interact with our products.
Experience working on developer-facing frameworks or with UI frameworks in customer-facing applications\nExpertise delivering developer-facing UI frameworks or developing latency-critical, interactive UI\nProficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, ARKit, and/or Objective-C\nTrack record of working across multiple distinct components or layers of a software system\nAttention to detail, creativity, and a passion for spatial computing\nAbility to collaborate and work in a highly cross-functional environment
Demonstrated ability across frameworks including CoreFoundation, CoreAnimation, SwiftUI, UIKit, and/or ARKit\nStrong background in 3D Graphics, Real-Time Graphics, and/or 3D Math\nExperience with building and refining user interactions\nDeep understanding of building AR/VR apps\nProficiency in iOS development practices\nInterest or familiarity with UI/UX design\nExperience with developing realtime interactions in C++
