Manager, M&A Advisory

Pleased to work on behalf of a leading Deal Advisory team who are looking to add a Corporate Finance professional with solid FDD and some M&A experience, obtained in Dublin or London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a truly dynamic team with international mandates.

• 
  
• Contribute to buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements across various sectors.
  
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify key business drivers, risks, and deal issues.
  
• Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and operational due diligence.
  
• Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle.
  
• Support business development activities, including proposal writing and pitch presentations. xcfaprz
  
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  

• 
  
• 3+ years experience within Transaction Services or Deal Advisory in Dublin or London
  
• Qualified ACA//ACCA
  
• Strong academic background
  
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
